A unique blend of brandied apple, flame-roasted chestnuts, maple syrup, smoked bourbon, caramelized sugar, and crackling firewood, faith & firewood was crafted during prayerful reflection on Isaiah 43:2. 

"When you walk through the fire, you will not be burned; the flames will not set you ablaze."

This verse was spoken through the prophet Isaiah to the people of Israel during their Babylonian exile in the sixth century BC. The Jewish people had just watched Jerusalem be sacked and destroyed. The First Jewish Temple was burned, along with other important buildings, after being sacked and looted by Kind Nebuchadnezzar's forces. The Israelites were then exiled for 70 years, away from their homeland.

Speaking through the prophets, including Isaiah, we see God reminding His people of His unfailing presence-- even in seasons of trial and testing. Isaiah 43:2 is a promise that no matter what fires we face, God goes before us, walks beside us, and protects us.

As the days grow shorter and the air turns crisp, Autumn invites us to slow down and rest in His warmth. As sons and daughters of the God of the Universe, we are protected, no matter what this world brings. This life and world are temporary and by taking solace in His presence and promise, we can rest knowing that we are loved and He is good.
